Fully-fashioned knitting shapes each panel — or whole garment — on the machine, eliminating the off-cut waste of cut-and-sew production.

Yarn reuse & recycling
Leftover yarn is reused across development and sampling, and recyclable-fibre programs are available on request.

Why flat-knit wastes almost nothing
Conventional cut-and-sew garments start as a roll of fabric that's cut to shape — leaving 10–20% as off-cuts. Fully-fashioned flat-knit is different.
